CARE & MAINTENANCE
To make sure your item lasts decades from now, please treat it respectfully and with lots of care.
If it's stained glass, hang it up in a nice area where it can be admired or where sun will shine through it. If your piece did not come with a hanging chain, it is to be propped up in a windowsill.
NEVER use cleaning products on your stained glass piece!; If your piece needs to be cleaned, take a cloth or towel and dampen it with some dishsoap and scrub the areas that need to be cleaned, then rinsing and drying it off when done.
If it's beadwork, find a nice place to set the piece when it is not being worn; somewhere not too hot and not too cold. Please make sure to not tug on your beadwork or get it snagged on anything.
For cleaning, a damp towel or cloth is more than enough.

Please allow up to 1-2 weeks to finish your piece, then around 1-3 days to ship your piece out.
Unless the product you purchased says "READY TO SHIP", every piece on here is made by hand after your order is placed.
I do not accept returns for any reason. Due to the nature of my products, there should be no reason for returns.
I do, however, issue refunds or replacements for pieces broken or lost during shipment.
